China Africa Brothers Investment Corporation(CABIC) was built by the China-Africa Business Council£¨CABC£©, China-Zimbabwe Mining Investment Company, private entrepreneurs in Jiangxi province and Chinese entrepreneurs in Africa, in July 27, 2007. CABIC is a State-controlled corporation that Committed to invest Africa, service to the enterprise in Africa, promote China-Africa cultural and commercial communication.

The CABC that charging in CABIC is the south-south cooperation project which launched by United Nations Development Plan, Central United Front Work Department and Department of Commerce. the purposes of CABC are to guide the Chinese private enterprises to Africa; take our own advantages to develop the African resources; enhance influence in Africa; establish close contact through domestic and international cooperation; create an environment for China-Africa economic and technology, culture exchange and cooperation, promote China-Africa cooperation and South-South Cooperation on a pragmatic attitude and approach. CABIC provides investment advisory and management services about Agriculture, water conservancy, electric power, roads, mining, forestry, industrial process and trade, etc£»organizes culture and art exchange, all kinds of exhibitions, conferences and technical extension services£»engages in the China-Africa trade. In addition, directly invests in Africa, CABIC helps domestic enterprises to develop investment projects in Africa£¬demonstrates china-Africa invest projects, consults and plans about financing. CABIC which authorized by the CABC is the initiating and organizational unit of "China-Africa investment fund industry".
